Gene Lynn's 4th Annual "Save A Life" For Geno Golf Tournament was held on Thursday, April 21 at Norman K. Probstein Golf Course in Forest Park.

Pictured above are some of the volunteers who helped make the tournament a success.

The "Save-A-Life" for Geno Foundation was founded in 2008 in honor of Gene "Geno" Campbell who attended Pattonville High School and Marquette High School.  The Foundation has been holding golf tournaments every year since its founding in order to establish Endowment Scholarships in Gene "Geno" Campbell's honor for students with a dream of a college education.

This year the Endowment Scholarship Program provided financial assistance to four high school junior students in the St. Louis City Public School District and plans to continue its efforts.

2011 Geno Foundation Endowment Scholarship Students

The four students who received $500 endowment scholarships are:  Nicola Wilson, Beaumont High School; Halima Haji, Roosevelt High School; Darrieon Perkins, Beaumont High School; and Ebony Graves, Beaumont High School.  The students also received Highlands @ Forest Park Summer Golf Clinic Lessons.
