Need some help focusing your efforts to make lifestyle changes? Join our BJC HealthCare panel of experts as they guide you through nutrition, exercise, goal setting & success strategy related to weight loss. The seminars are open to all Weight Loss Challenge participants and any open seats the week of the seminar will be open to all City employees regardless of their participation in the Weight Loss Challenge.
