Zumba clip artHave you heard the buzz about the new Bee-Fit Zumba classes yet? Zumba is a fun Latin-rhythm form of aerobics exercise. You don't need to be a graduate of "So You Think You Can Dance" to join the group. You do it at your own pace and skill, and it is a great workout.

The next six week session of Zumba will begin on Thursday, Aug. 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Locust Building, 1015 Locust Street, 6th floor.  Nancy Trail will again be the instructor for these classes. Classes will be held on the following Thursdays: Aug. 4, Aug. 11, Aug. 18, Aug. 25, Sept. 1 and Sept. 9.

There is a nominal fee of $10 for the entire six weeks of classes. Please contact Matt Meyers at meyersm@stlouiscity.com or call (314) 622-4849 to enroll in the class.

This is an approved Bee-Fit program.
