Business Site Selection
Site Selection assists businesses in selecting office and industrial buildings and vacant land sites within the City of St. Louis.
The Business Development Division of the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership is available to assist your business in the commercial site selection process. Site selection assists businesses in finding available commercial real estate, which includes office,
retail, industrial and commercially zoned land, in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County.
Resources for properties located within the City of St. Louis:
- the Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) property search. Before properties become owned by LRA they are available for auction at the City of St. Louis Sheriff Department's tax sale. Refer to the Land Tax Sales for instructions, requirements, dates, and details.
- Search the LOIS database for properties available for purchase or lease in the City of St. Louis.
