Summary
The proposed bill repeals Ordinance Number 66868, and establishes the Automated Camera Enforcement Act. The bill authorizes the installation of and making contracts relating to one or more automated traffic control systems as defined herein, and establishes standards for prosecution of violations of traffic control ordinances detected by automated traffic control systems.
