BOARD BILL NO. 296 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN SCOTT OGILVIE, ALDERWOMAN CHRISTINE INGRASSIA An ordinance revising and amending Title 10, Chapter 10.20 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis and the underlying ordinances (including the repealing or revision of portions of Ordinances 62941, 68463, 62853, 47883, and 42333), dealing with the raising and keeping of certain animals, to increase the number of chickens that can be kept on a parcel, to allow for the keeping of sheep, goats, and ratite birds (such as emus and ostriches); and containing a Severability Clause.
