Summary
An ordinance requiring that all votes taken by committees of the Board of Aldermen to act and report on bills and non-courtesy resolutions be recorded by the Clerk of the Board of Aldermen and a record of each committee members' vote be made and recorded as "Yea", "Nay", "Present", "Abstain", or in the event an Alderman is not present for the vote, "Absent"; and that Committee members' votes be published on the City of St. Louis' official website and digitally archived online; and requiring that a record of attendance be taken and published on the City of St. Louis's official website; and containing an effective date.
