Summary

The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public alleys and street. 1) The 15 foot wide alley in City Block 969 as bounded by Gamble, Jefferson, Stoddard and Elliott, 2) Stoddard from Jefferson to Elliott, 3) the 15 foot wide alley in City Block 968 as bounded by Stoddard, Jefferson, Mills and Elliott. The Petitioners are Interfaith Residence d/b/a Doorways, Northside Regeneration LLC and Charles E.N. Rosene. The vacated areas will be used to consolidate property for commercial and residential development.
