Summary
This Board Bill eliminates the Maryland Plaza North, Convention Center Hotel, 1141-1151 South Seventh Street, 1312 Washington and MLK Plaza Special Allocation Funds for these Tax Increment Financings (TIFs) because the City payed off and retired the Notes/Bonds for said TIFs. The Special Allocation Funds will pass through any PILOTs and EATs captured to the statutory Taxing Jurisdictions.
