Amending Ordinance 71160

Summary

An ordinance amending Ordinance 71160, commonly referred to as the City of St. Louis Annual Operating Plan for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, for the purpose of defunding the workhouse, and transferring surplus appropriated funds to the Division of Supportive Re-Entry, City Justice Center, Board of Public Service, and Re-envisioning Public Safety Fund; clarifying that the re-envisioning public safety fund created by ordinance 71217 shall be a special trust fund; making a supplemental appropriation, as authorized by the St. Louis City Charter, Article XVI, Section 6, and pursuant to the recommendation of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment; and containing severability and emergency clauses.
