Summary

This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 2741 Locust St. Redevelopment Area. This Board Bill will allow up to a 10-year tax abatement based on 90% of the assessed value of the incremental improvements. This Area includes an unoccupied commercial property which will be renovated into creative office space.
