Summary

The proposed bill will submit to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis a non-binding, preferential vote on the question: Should the City of St. Louis close the Division of Corrections Medium Security Institution incarceration center located at 7600 Hall Street, commonly referred to as the Workhouse? The purpose of the non-binding, preferential vote is to assist the Board of Aldermen, Mayor, and Comptroller in their management and direction of the City.
