Maintenance of Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) Properties
Summary
The proposed bill would require the Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis to maintain or caused to be maintained, at its sole cost and expense, the premises and exteriors of all LRA properties free from weeds or plant growth in excess of six inches, prohibit the growth of all noxious weeds, and require that all debris created by the maintenance, cutting and / or destruction of vegetation on the property be removed and disposed of in accordance with applicable City ordinances. In addition, the bill would require the LRA to maintain any structures located on LRA properties to comply with all applicable provisions of the City's building codes.
