Summary

The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public alleys. The northern 200 feet of the 12' wide north/south alley and 2) the western 97.33 feet of the 12' wide east/west alley in City Block 271 as bounded by Cole, Tucker, Martin Luther King Dr. and 13th St. The Petitioner is 900 N Tucker Building LLC. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property along with improving the safety and security of the ares.
