This Board Bill authorizes an This Board Bill authorizes an amendment to Ordinance Number 71391, which ordinance amended Ordinance Number 67298 relating to a Lease Agreement with the City of St. Louis and Fred Weber, Inc. for certain land and mooring rights at or near Chouteau Avenue and Convent Street and the MacArthur Bridge for a period of ten (10) years with three (3) five (5) year mutual options, since assigned by Fred Weber Inc. to New Frontier Materials Operations Alpha LLC, and authorizes a First Amendment to said Lease Agreement for the first five (5) year mutual option for an increase in rent to $83,362.86 for the first year, $92.183.67 for the second year, then increasing by 3 percent each year thereafter for the remaining years of the option period, and consenting to the sublease of certain mooring at or near Convent Street to S. I. Warehousing Co., Inc., which ordinance amended Ordinance Number 67298 relating to a Lease Agreement with the City of St. Louis and Fred Weber, Inc. for certain land and mooring rights at or near Chouteau Avenue and Convent Street and the MacArthur Bridge for a period of ten (10) years with three (3) five (5) year mutual options, since assigned by Fred Weber Inc. to New Frontier Materials Operations Alpha LLC, and authorizes a First Amendment to said Lease Agreement for the first five (5) year mutual option for an increase in rent to $83,362.86 for the first year, $92.183.67 for the second year, then increasing by 3 percent each year thereafter for the remaining years of the option period, and consenting to the sublease of certain mooring at or near Convent Street to S.
