Environmental Land Management Plan

Summary

The proposed bill requires the Department of Parks Recreation and Forestry to develop and implement an Environmental Land Management Plan, as defined therein, for controlling noxious plants, fungus, pests, and diseases that prioritizes natural and organic practices for land management and promoting healthy soil, plant life and air quality without the use of Harmful Chemicals, as defined in the bill, and prohibits the use of Harmful Chemicals, except as otherwise provided in the bill.
