Amending the Zoning Code of the City of St. Louis

Summary

This bill amends the Zoning Code of the City of St. Louis to comport with Amendment Three to the Missouri Constitution providing for the lawful sale of marijuana to adults subject to the conditions therein; adding definitions to the same including Comprehensive Facility, Comprehensive Marijuana Cultivation Facility, Comprehensive Marijuana Dispensary Facility, Comprehensive Marijuana-Infused Products Manufacturing Facility, Consumer, Marijuana Accessories, Marijuana Facility, Marijuana Microbusiness Facility, Microbusiness Wholesale Facility, Marijuana Testing Facility, and Preroll; and amending the Use Table of Section 26.70.030; and containing a Severability Clause and an Emergency Clause. This bill will have the positive effect of incorporating new lawful uses into the Zoning Code as allowed by Missouri Constitution.
