Summary
This Board Bill, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriates funds received December 15, 2022 by the City of St. Louis pursuant to the Distributor Settlement Agreement entered into by and between Settling States, Settling Distributors, and Participating Subdivisions (the "Opioid Settlement funds") to the Department of Health, authorizes the expenditure of such funds, to the extent received, and contains an emergency clause.
