County Jail Maintenance and Improvements Subaward Agreement
Summary
The proposed bill is recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and authorizes the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to enter into the County Jail Maintenance and Improvements Subaward Agreement with the State of Missouri Department of Public Safety and accept the subaward. Awarded funds must matched by the City match for said funds. Director of the Department of Public Safety is to expend the appropriated funds by entering into contracts or otherwise for the purposes allowed under the subaward agreement.
