Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following alley. The easternmost 73.59 ± 3.41 feet of the southernmost leg of the 15 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 5766 as bounded by Schollmeyer, Macklind and Loughborough. The Petitioner is Union Electric of Missouri d/b/a Ameren Missouri. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property to accommodate a substation construction.
