Summary
A proposed bill that amends Chapter 11.105 of the City of St. Louis Code, entitled "Residential Landlord-Tenant Relations; Evictions" to require good cause for residential evictions; to prohibit retaliation against tenants who report code violations or engage in tenant organizing; containing a severability clause and an effective date clause dependent upon restored authority of the City to regulate tenant-landlord relations.
