Grant Agreement with the Missouri Department of Transportation and St. Louis Police Department
Summary
This Board Bill proposes an ordinance authorizing the Police Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Saint Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the Missouri Department of Transportation to fund the purchase of three radar/'speed trailers upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and to expend funds by entering into contracts, or otherwise, in a manner that is consistent with the provisions of said Grant Agreement; containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
