The remaining 187.83 foot portion of the 20 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 938 as bounded by Delmar, 21st St. Lucas and 22nd St. beginning at 22nd St. and extending east to a point. The Petitioners are Collaboration Place STL Real Estate and 2233 Washington LLC. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property for future development.
