Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following excess portion of right-of-way. The triangular shaped excess portion of right-of-way at the southeast corner of Eleventh St. and Lucas Ave. abutting City Block 178, same being bounded by Lucas, Tenth, Washington and Eleventh. The Petitioner is P & F Properties. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property to correct boundary lines.
