Summary

A Board Bill recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing the City of St. Louis, through its Community Development Administration ("CDA"), to enter into and execute an agreement to accept the Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") funds awarded pursuant to the FY 2023 Brownfields grant competition in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000); appropriating the grant funds; authorizing and directing the Director of the CDA to contract as necessary to expend appropriated funds; directing the Comptroller to issue warrants thereon upon the City Treasury; and containing an emergency clause.
