An Ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment repealing Section Thirteen of Ordinance Number 71393, as amended by Ordinance Number 71503; and appropriating a portion of the funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Section 9901, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Act (the "Act"), authorizing certain expenditures of such funds, to the extent received, authorizing contracts and other documents to expend such funds, to the extent received, and containing an emergency clause.
