An ordinance directing the Director of Streets to install speed humps to calm the flow of traffic on the 4400 Block of Sexauer, the 4600 Blocks of Shirley Place, the 4600 Block of Richard Place, the 4600 Block of Kenneth Place, the 4600 Block of Korte, the 4600 Block of Bircher, and the 4500-4700 Blocks of Carter; in the Penrose Neighborhood; Neighborhood. The 4700-4800 block of Greer, the 4700-4800 block of Labadie, the 4700-4800 Maffitt, the 4700-4800 Northland, 4700-4800 Cupples, 4700-4800 Leduct, 4700-4800 Cote Brilliante and the 4700-4800 of Hammett Place in the Kingsway East Neighborhood. 3900-4000 blocks of Palm, Lexington, Sullivan, Greer, Lincoln, Cottage, & St. Ferdinand, and the 4000 block of Ashland in the Ville Greater Ville Neighborhoods.
