Summary

An ordinance that provides minimum standards to improve the availability of highly trained and diverse construction workers as well as diverse and highroad construction employers to who now and in the future will be available and able to perform infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial construction services to and in our City for generations to come in a manner that is economically efficient and beneficial to the City, businesses, and communities that support successful, diverse, and thriving families and individuals for the City.
