BOARD BILL NO. 87 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN GREGALI An ordinance limiting the contracting of City of St. Louis construction contracts in excess of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) to "Responsible Contractors" and defining the term "Responsible Contractors", requiring the use of "Responsible Contractors", requiring a OSHA safety course, requiring compliance verification, applying to all publicly funded construction projects, requiring drug testing and containing a severability clause.
