AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING A PORTION OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, AS A REDEVELOPMENT AREA KNOWN AS THE 2300 LOCUST STREET REDEVELOPMENT AREA PURSUANT TO THE REAL PROPERTY TAX INCREMENT ALLOCATION REDEVELOPMENT ACT; APPROVING A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT WITH RESPECT THERETO; ADOPTING TAX INCREMENT FINANCING WITHIN THE REDEVELOPMENT AREA; MAKING FINDINGS WITH RESPECT THERETO; ESTABLISHING THE 2300 LOCUST STREET SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND; AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS BY CITY OFFICIALS; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
