BOARD BILL NO. 383 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN KENNETH ORTMANN An ordinance recommended by the Port Authority Commission of the City of St. Louis authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller to enter into a lease agreement between the City of St. Louis and Slay Bulk Terminals, Inc., for certain land on the Unimproved Wharf and for mooring privileges for a period of ten (10) years commencing on the date of execution with two (2) five (5) year mutual options and one (1) mutual option to terminate October 2, 2031, in substantially the form as Exhibit 1 and Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 1 and Appendix A.
