BOARD BILL NO. 174 __ INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance, recommended and approved by the Airport Commission, the Board of Public Service, and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing a Second Amendment to Section One of the Taxiway D Project Ordinance 67249 approved October 3, 2006, as amended by 67979 approved June 9, 2008, which authorized a multi-year public work and improvement program ("Taxiway D Project") at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® ("Airport"), increasing the total estimated cost of the Taxiway D Project by One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000) to Eight Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($8,320,000); authorizing a Third Supplemental Appropriation in the amount of Three Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand One Hundred Eighty Four Dollars ($337,184) from the Airport Construction Fund Sub-Account for the 2009 Series A-2 Bond Issue established and authorized pursuant to Ordinance 68358 approved June 8, 2009, into the Taxiway D Project Ordinance 67249 as amended, for the payment of costs for work and services authorized therein, and containing an emergency clause.
