BOARD BILL NO. 14 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN KACIE STARR TRIPLETT An ordinance pertaining to curfew in Buder Park; repealing Ordinance 66988, codified in Section 22.18.026 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis as prohibiting idling, wandering, strolling, playing or otherwise being in or upon the confines of Buder Park or the public areas immediately adjacent thereto between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. throughout the year; containing an emergency clause.
