BOARD BILL NO. 29 INTRODUCED BY ALD. CHARLES QUINCY TROUPE An Ordinance requiring that any proposed board bill which has a cost associated with its passage have a fiscal note prepared. All said board bills requiring a fiscal note shall be referred to the Ways and Means Committee of the Board of Aldermen.
