BOARD BILL NO. 103 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN MATT VILLA An ordinance authorizing and directing the Board of Public Service to let contracts, purchase materials, equipment and supplies, employ labor, hire consultants, pay fees, salaries and wages or otherwise provide for the improvement of the Municipal Water Works System by improving the water distribution system, estimated to cost Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand ($12,500,000); appropriating funds from the proceeds of the sale of the St. Louis Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2010, contingent upon the sale of said bonds; containing sections for description of the work, approval of plans and specifications, work and material guarantees, applicable state and federal wage rate requirements, equal opportunity provisions, the Mayor's Executive Orders, contract advertising statutes and a public work emergency clause.
