BOARD BILL #207 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the Missouri Department of Public Safety to fund the Juvenile Accountability Block Grant for the Nightwatch Program, appropriating said funds and authorizing the Director of Public Safety, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend funds by entering into contracts or otherwise for grant purposes and containing an emergency clause.
