BOARD BILL NO. 275 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERMAN CRAIG N. SCHMID An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor, on the behalf of the City of St. Louis, to submit all necessary applications and to enter into agreements with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services or any other agency (Tracking # 39278) for the "Care and Prevention in the United States Demonstration Project (CAPUS)" Program and authorizing the Mayor, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend any funds received by said grants to fulfill the obligations of the grants, and containing an emergency clause.
