BOARD BILL NO. 51 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN DONNA BARINGER, ALDERMAN KENNETH ORTMANN An ordinance related to St. Louis City Ordinance 66868, allocating the revenue the City of St. Louis collects by enforcing the Automated Traffic Control System authorized by Ordinance 66868 to the Crime Reduction and Professional Policing Fund, to be used for hiring and retaining police officers, investing in programs to reduce crime, and training police officers in community policing, customer service, bias recognition, mental health, and policing a diverse city; and containing an emergency clause.
