Board Bill
An ordinance pertaining to commercial semi-trailer trucks, also known as a semis, or tractor-trailers; prohibiting such traffic along Morganford Road from the north boundary of Arsenal Street to the south boundary of Utah Street, exempting from said prohibition emergency vehicles, including privately owned tow trucks when providing emergency service, vehicles making deliveries to nearby addresses, and vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of less than 26,000 pounds, and containing an emergency clause.
