Summary

An ordinance prohibiting the issuance of any license, building permit or occupancy permit for restaurants that have a seating capacity of less than fifty (50) people on any currently unlicensed premises within the boundaries of the Third Ward for a period of one year from the effective date hereof; containing an exception for said restaurants that have a drink license.
