An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 61398 approved June 27, 1989 by deleting in Section Two thereof the restriction limiting the frequency in which a person or organization may be issued a certificate of registration, and enacting in lieu thereof a new provision by creating a new certification of registration time frame.
