An ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 62344, approved July 1, 1991 establishing the salaries of employees in the Sheriff's Office, and enacting in lieu thereof a new Ordinance fixing the annual rate of compensation of command personnel and deputies appointed to assist in the performance of the duties of Sheriff, and containing an emergency clause.
