An ordinance pertaining to the minimum quantity of intoxicating malt liquor or nonintoxicating beer that can be sold; amending Ordinance 61289 approved March 3, 1989 by repealing Section 14.03.100 Minimum Quantity in Original Package-Beer of Section Four of said ordinance and enacting in lieu thereof a new ordinance pertaining to the same subject matter, and containing an emergency clause.
