An ordinance to amend the SECTION SIX, Paragraph 17, subparagraph 'b' of the AGREEMENT in ORDINANCE 60793 to properly determine the year upon which the assessed value of the property, for tax abatement purposes, is based, to read as follows: 17. b. Real property in the Development Area acquired by Developer shall not be subject to assessment or payment of general ad valorem property taxes imposed by the City of State or any political subdivision
