Summary

An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Streets to permanently close Wells Avenue near Kingshighway Blvd. At a point immediately west of a certain alley flowing into said Wells Avenue from the north, which said alley runs parallel to Kingshighway Boulevard approximately sixty (60) yards west of Kingshighway Boulevard running from Wells to Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and containing an emergency clause.
