Summary

An ordinance allowing Division of Health employees to park without payment of fees at any parking meter within the City of St. Louis when on official duty; and further authorizing said employees to display a placard, approved by the Health Commissioner, which is to be placed in the windshield of the employees' vehicle indicating that the employee is on official City business and is exempt from parking meter fees.
