An Ordinance repealing Ordinance 62539 in its entirety and authority and directing the Mayor and Comptroller to sell certain real estate belonging to the City of St. Louis located South of Victor Street and North of Dorcas Street and East of the West line of the wharf (but containing no mooring rights) in “as-is” condition to Garrett A. Balke, Inc. and containing an emergency clause.
