An ordinance providing for the regulation of smoke houses within residential zoning districts; containing definitions, a penalty clause and an emergency clause. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE. For purposes of this ordinance the following terms shall apply: “Smoke House” shall mean any building or structure
