BOARD BILL # 232 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG, ALDERMEN KENNETH ORTMANN, AND MATT VILLA An ordinance recommended by the Port Authority Commission of the City of St. Louis to repeal Ordinance 58408 and authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller to enter into a lease agreement between the City of St. Louis and S.I. Warehousing, Co. Inc., d/b/a Archway Fleeting & Harbor Service for the following real property on the Unimproved Public Wharf for a period of ten (10) years commencing on the date of execution with three (3) five (5) year options, in substantially the form attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit I:and containing an emergency clause.
