BOARD BILL NO. 315 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission, Board of Public Service, and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing a First Amendment to Section One of the Airport Planning Project Ordinance 66870 approved November 15, 2005, which authorized a multi-year public work and improvement program (the “Project”) at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the “Airport”), increasing the total estimated costs of the Project by One Million Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($1,625,000) to Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000); authorizing a First Supplemental Appropriation in the total amount of One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,650,000) from the Airport Development Fund established under Ordinance 59286, Section 13, approved October 26, 1984, into the Airport Planning Project Ordinance 66870 as amended for the payment of costs authorized therein; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
